When doing bone density (DEXA) scans, using the same machine at the same clinic to get the most accurate results is important. Otherwise, the results are not directly comparable. Doctors typically recommend repeat bone density tests every 18-24 months, but you can ask for one earlier.

1. Establish your baseline bone density. This is the last bone density test you will have taken before starting Osteo-K, Osteo-K Minis, or Osteo-MK4. To qualify for the guarantee, the baseline bone density test must be taken within 30 days of starting Osteo-K, Osteo-K Minis, or Osteo-MK4. If your DEXA scan was more than 30 days ago, your guaranteed period begins from your next scan onward.

3. Get your follow-up DEXA scan from the clinic where your first scan was done. It can be six, 12, or a maximum of 24 months after you start, as long as you have continued to use your products between scans. 
4. Continue taking Osteo-K, Osteo-K Minis, or Osteo-MK4 at the full daily dose as directed on the bottle, and continue getting follow-up bone density scans no longer than every 24 months apart to monitor your bone health. 5.
