We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your NBI order, simply follow the instructions below to receive a full refund, excluding shipping charges where applicable.
Because of inherent differences in dietary supplement products and laboratory testing services, the refund policies for each are different. Please refer to the appropriate return policy below.
Dietary Supplements Refund and Return Policy
If you’re not absolutely thrilled with any of our NBI dietary supplements, for any reason, simply return the bottle (even if empty) within 60 days of receipt of purchase for a refund of your purchase price (less any applicable shipping charges).
To ensure that we can issue your refund quickly, please follow the return instructions.
- NBI refunds the purchase price of NBI dietary supplements purchased directly from the NBI online store (www.nbihealth.com). If you purchased NBI dietary supplements through a different website or company, you must contact that company for your refund.
- Customers are responsible for shipping items back to NBI.
- NBI will refund the purchase price for the dietary supplements. NBI does not refund shipping & handling.
- Dietary supplements must be returned in the original containers.
- Dietary supplements must be shipped back to NBI within 60 days of the date the product was delivered.
- If you have the original packing slip, include that in the box when you ship back your purchase and make a note as to why you are returning the product.
- If you don’t have your original packing slip, include a note in the box with your name, phone number and email address used when making the purchase. We use this information to lookup your account. If we can’t locate your account, we won’t be able to verify the purchase or process your refund. Please let us know on the enclosed paper why you’re returning the purchase.
- Refunds are only given for bottles of dietary supplements shipped back to NBI. Full, unopened bottles, partially full or empty. It doesn’t matter. If you ship it back to us within 60 days after your purchase is delivered, we’ll process a refund.
- Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of returned items to NBI and if all the requirements of this Return Policy are met.
- Refunds are issued only to the credit card used to make the purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receiving the products back into our warehouse.

Lab Testing Refund Policy
- Once an order is placed for laboratory testing, customer will have seven (7) days to request a refund. The day the order is placed is considered day one for the purposes of the seven day refund timeframe. For orders that fall outside the seven day refund window, no refunds will be given.
- No refunds will be given to those who visit a test center and provide their specimen for testing.
- No refunds will be provided if customer has multiple lab orders and the wrong lab order was taken to the lab and testing carried out.
